Initial data
Summer 2002 Turinsk - A local newspaper reported that residents of the Turin region daily observe in the sky an unusual flying object in the form of a glowing green ball the size of an electric lamp.
You can only notice it in the sky with the naked eye in the dark, both in winter and summer. The Turinians have seen it almost every night for two years.
The trajectory of this object through the sky is always unchanged: it appears in the sky above the Turin match factory, then begins to move slowly towards the pulp and paper plant along the Tura River, turns to the railway bridge and moves to Tavda.
Hypotheses
Satellite

Ordinary satellites, which often look like single, not very bright luminous dots moving smoothly in the night sky, are quite often mistaken for UFOs. After the Starlink satellites (near-Earth satellite systems developed by SpaceX, in order to create a cheap and high-performance satellite Internet communication channel and technical transmitters for receiving and transmitting signals from earth and orbit) were launched, it became possible to observe groups of satellites (up to 60 pieces) flying one after another.
