« ... On 21 October 1989, several locals observed an unknown flying object near the village of Burkhala in the Yagodnin district of Magadan province. In the area of the power line, the object abruptly changed course and went up.
One eyewitness who had previously served at the Baikonur Cosmodrome estimated the speed of the object within 1000 km/h and noted that none of the aircraft known to him could make such evolutions.
Flying over eyewitnesses, the object significantly reduced the speed, which allowed to consider it in more detail. The flight was completely silent.
On the contour of the object went as if the size of the lights in the number of seven or nine pieces ... »
