Initial data
Sparkling balls in the night sky above Novomoskovsky happened to see the resident of the city David Khachaturian.
At about 1 a.m. he went outside and saw what is usually shown in low-budget sci-fi films, but only everything was more than realistic.
David even managed to photograph this phenomenon.
... The balls were soaring, but they didn't fly, the eyewitness says, and they were some clumps of energy. I started filming, and they started flying. The balls were about the size of a soccer ball. One of the objects rustled in the grass. I was even very well frightened ...
"Events. Tula Week" PS:
Yesterday I watched about 15 such balls quite low in the clouds. Not exactly the same as in the photo, but the size of a football ball. The structure is dense, the color is muddy white, the volume is variable. We flew in low clouds and then went up. after them there was a large UFO representing an ellipse with flashing balls around the perimeter, which flew slowly to the northwest.
Most likely, the "balls" went down, and then returned to this mother ship.
Hypotheses
Objects and light sources out of focus
