An eyewitness from Chelnov Embankment reports:

« ... In the year 1983-1984 in the winter my classmates and I walked around our area of cheln's Embankments. We go and see - a few dozen people are standing, throwing their heads. We went up to them, looked up and were weeded.

Above us, closing the half-dog, silently hung a huge "flying saucer" Time was about 8 p.m. But although it was dark outside, the object could be seen very clearly, as if it had been illuminated from the outside.

We were standing on a flat ground from under the burnt-out shop. The first thought was: if this machina falls to the ground, it will flatten us all, because we stand right below it.

Nearby stood a 12-storey house, on it I roughly estimated the height of the position of the "plate" - it hung on the level of the tenth floor silently and did not move. The second thought I have is that if such a ship relies on something, why do we not feel any strength under it.

By the way, after half an hour to contemplate the huge "plate" became boring: nothing happened, there were no sounds. So we left.
