Mientras paseaba por el patio de recreo cerca de Ethelbert Street, un hombre (DG) y su amigo vieron un objeto en forma de pelota de fútbol flotando sobre una torre de agua en Pine Street. El color se describió como gris azulado, pero más gris, que combinaba bien con el cielo.
La observación ocurrió en un día claro y caluroso. Sobre la base de su estimación del Tamaño del objeto, el testigo dijo que si estuviera en el Suelo, sería lo suficientemente grande como para que la gente entrara.

While walking through a playground near Ethelbert Street, a man (DG) and his buddy saw a football-shaped object hovering above the Pine Street Water Tower. The colour was described as being grey-bluish, but more grey, which blended well with the sky. The sighting occurred on a clear, hot day. Based on his estimate of the size of the object, the witness said that if it had been on the ground, it would have been large enough for people to walk inside.
