Datos iniciales
Se vio al anochecer. En el cielo del este. Justo debajo de las nubes, el objeto flotaba justo debajo de las nubes y no se movía en ninguna dirección, vi el barco saliendo de una tienda en el área.
Después de unos 4 minutos, la nave se levantó en las nubes, no la volví a ver. La nave tenía luces parpadeantes de color azul, pero no de color azul oscuro.
El barco estaba demasiado lejos para desmontar cómo se ve. Estaba muy alto en el aire. Al principio pensé que era un planeta, pero la mayoría de los planetas no parpadean, y luego subió muy rápido a las nubes.

Summary: This was seen at dusk. In the eastern sky. Just below cloud bank object hovered just under clouds did not move in any direction I saw the craft while leaving a store in the area. After about 4 minutes the craft moved up into the clouds I did not see it again. Craft had flickering lights Blue in color but not deep blue. The craft was too far away to make out what it looked like. It was very high in the air. At first i thought it to be a planet. but most planets dont flicker then move very fast up into the clouds.
