A las 02: 45, el testigo zumbó durante unos 5 segundos con una bola fluorescente circular de 4 pies (1,2 m) de diámetro en el techo del edificio en el que trabajaba.
Se materializó a aproximadamente un pie (0,3 m) de distancia, bloqueando su camino y haciendo un zumbido, luego despegó. y se desmaterializó a una distancia de aproximadamente 6 pies (1,8 m). Esta vez decidió dar la vuelta y salir del techo.
Después de aproximadamente una hora, pasó por la sala de máquinas en el techo, cerca del mismo lugar donde estaba la pelota, y se encontró con una criatura de tres pies y tres pies. Se paró cerca de un transformador eléctrico y miró las tuberías. Lo observó durante unos 30 segundos desde una distancia de cuatro pies antes de que se diera la vuelta y lo notara.
El testigo lo miró de arriba hacia abajo; tenía un hermoso ojo azul que se movía rápidamente, solo uno, un párpado largo y patas de goma con patas abultadas.
Vio que comenzó a entrar en pánico porque comenzó a pisar los pies como una mofeta loca y rebotar, haciendo un sonido agudo y chirriante, casi como un juguete de gato. El testigo bloquea el camino hacia una puerta enrollable abierta que conduce al techo detrás.
El testigo levantó la mano abierta en un gesto, dejando claro que no le haría daño, y se dirigió hacia otra parte de la sala de máquinas, lejos de su camino hacia la puerta, pero mantuvo los ojos abiertos de la criatura. lo vi caminar lentamente por la isla cuando comenzó a moverse. Se detuvo donde se volvió para salir de su camino.
Luego se volvió y miró al testigo por un par de segundos. El testigo no pudo resistir y comenzó a reírse de ello. Tenía la impresión de que le estaba agradeciendo, pero cree que también se sintió ofendido porque comenzó a sonreírle y su ojo se volvió más claro. Luego, la criatura corrió hacia la puerta que se escondía detrás de los mecanismos en esa área. El testigo no sintió ninguna amenaza por parte de la criatura, pero estaba bastante seguro de que conducir en las curvas era una mala idea.
Esa misma mañana, un testigo estaba haciendo sus documentos en la sala de control mientras un hombre grande rezaba. La mantis se acerca a la ventana y la Mira durante aproximadamente un minuto. No se sintió cómodo en este encuentro dada la naturaleza de este insecto. Se sentó sin mover el músculo hasta que se fue. Hace dos noches escuchó ruidos chillones en el techo de la sala de máquinas.
El 18 de agosto, alrededor de las 3:00 de la mañana, un testigo vio sobre el óvalo Eakins un pájaro gigante con una envergadura de 40 pies (12 m) o más, con alas de forma rectangular y sin plumas de dirección. Tampoco vio pies ni cabeza, todo lo que podía ver eran enormes alas con todas las plumas que se movían en el viento y había cientos de ellas, no había plumas primarias que pudiera ver.
Era como una enorme cometa. Nunca había visto un pájaro así antes.

Summary: At 0245a the witness was buzzed for about 5 seconds by a 4 foot round luminescent orb on the roof of the building that he worked in. It materialized about a foot away from him, blocking his way and making a buzzing sound, it then took off and dematerialized at approximately 6 feet away. At this time he decided to turn around and leave the roof. About an hour later he was walking through a machine room on the roof, near the same location of the orb when he encountered a 3 foot tall tri-ped creature. It was standing by an electrical transformer looking up at the conduits. He observed it for about 30 seconds from a distance of four feet before it turned around and noticed him. The witness was looking down at it; it had a beautiful baby blue eye which was moving rapidly, just one, a long eye lid and rubbery looking legs with bulbous feet. He could see that it was starting to panic because it started stomping its feet like a mad skunk and jumping up and down making a high pitch squeaking sound almost like a cat’s toy. The witness was blocking its way to the open roll up door leading to the roof behind. The witness put up an open hand in a gesture to let it know that he wouldn’t hurt it and backed up towards a different part of the machine room, away from its path to the door, but kept his eye on the creature.He watched it walking down the isle slowly when it started to move. It stopped where he had turned to get out of its way; it then turned and looked at the witness over for a couple of seconds. The witness couldn’t help himself and started to laugh at it. He got the impression that it was thanking him but he thinks if was also offended because it started to leer at him and its eye changed to a lighter color. The creature then took off running in the direction of the door disappearing behind machinery in the area. The witness didn’t feel threatened in any way by the creature but he was quite sure that cornering was a bad idea. That same morning the witness was doing his paperwork in the control room when a larger than man sized ‘praying Mantis’ comes up to the window and just stares at him for about a minute. He did not feel comfortable with this encounter considering the nature of this insect. He sat there not moving a muscle until it left. For two nights before he had heard screeching sounds in the roof of the machine room. On August 18 around 0300a the witness saw a giant bird above Eakins Oval, with a 40 foot wing span or better, it had rectangular shaped wings and no tail feathers. He didn’t see any feet or head either, all he could make out was the huge wings with all of the feathers moving in the breeze and there were hundreds of them, there were no primary feathers that he could see. It looked like an enormous kite. He had never see a bird like that before.
