Datos iniciales
Un testigo conducía hacia el Norte por la carretera US-93 al sur de la presa Hoover cuando vio una nube con luz dentro de ella. Detuvo el auto y comenzó a filmar el extraño espectáculo en video (no publicado).
Mientras se sentaba y miraba, tratando de averiguar de dónde provenía la luz, notó una luz azul flotando detrás de su automóvil. Se dio la vuelta, miró y vio que la luz cambiaba su ubicación o perspectiva cada vez que movía la cabeza. Se subió al auto y comenzó a conducir frenéticamente.
Llamó a sus amigos y les contó sobre la situación, y también llamó a los servicios de emergencia, pero le dijeron que no había soldados en el área. Las luces azules lo siguieron hasta la presa Hoover. En un puesto de control de seguridad Nacional, le explicó al agente lo que estaba sucediendo y le dijeron que siguiera adelante.
Al pasar por la presa Hoover, vio que una nube con luz estaba en la cima de una colina. Cerca de la ciudad, se detuvo en un semáforo y vio que la nube estaba en la cima de la siguiente montaña.
Salió del auto y, hablando con su madre por Teléfono móvil, notó que detrás de su auto las luces se encendieron nuevamente, acompañadas por dos pequeños "barcos". La gran ventana parecía tener algunas criaturas o figuras que se movían y observaban. En ese momento, su cámara se apagó.
Regresó al auto y se dirigió hacia las Vegas. Al acercarse a la salida 75, se le reventó la rueda trasera del pasajero. Mientras esperaba la llegada de la policía, notó que había una nube justo encima del auto. Parecía que la nube estaba pulsando y esperando que saliera del auto. Sin embargo, la policía llegó, cambió el neumático y se fue a su hotel.
Mientras estaba en su habitación, comenzó a ver el video y de repente escuchó voces que no había escuchado antes. Parecía que no estaba solo.
Salió de la habitación y afirma que fue contactado por la FAA y luego contactó a los representantes de MUFON.

The witness was driving north on US-93 just south of the Hoover Dam when he witnessed a cloud with a light inside of it. He stopped the car and began video taping the strange sight. As he sat watching trying to figure out where the light was coming from he noticed a blue light hovering behind his car. He turned and looked and saw that the light changed its location or perspective every time he moved his head. He got into the vehicle and began to drive frantically. He called friends and told them of the situation and also called 911 but was told that there were no troopers available in the area. The blue lights followed him to Hoover Dam. At a Homeland Security check point he explained to the agent what was going on and was told to move on. After passing through Hoover Dam he saw that the cloud with the light in it was on top of the hillside. Near town he stopped at a light and saw that the cloud was on top of the next mountain. He stepped out of his car and while talking to his mother on his cellphone, he noticed that the lights had reappeared behind his car accompanied by two small “ships”. There appeared to be beings or figures at a large window moving around and watching him. At this time his camera went dead. He got back into the car and headed towards Las Vegas. Approaching the 75 exit his rear passenger side tire blew out. Waiting for the police to arrive he noticed that there was a cloud directly above the car. The cloud seemed to be pulsating, and waiting for him to exit the car. However the police arrived he changed the tire and drove to his hotel. While in his room he began watching the video and suddenly he heard voices that he had not previously experienced. He felt as if he was not alone. He left the room and claims he was contacted by the FAA and then made contact with MUFON representatives.
