Los testigos se alojaban en el hotel Marriott Marquis en el centro de Atlanta en el piso 17 cuando miraron desde una de las ventanas y notaron a un hombre con una capa flotando sobre su cabeza en la parte superior del edificio.
Un tercer testigo se acercó a la ventana e intentó tomar una foto, pero la foto no funcionó debido a la luz brillante.
La figura " se movía como un acróbata en el aire, parecía que tenía brazos y piernas, y se aferraba a un jetpack, aunque no había ruido fuerte ni fumigación..."
Finalmente desapareció de la vista.

Summary: The witnesses were staying at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in downtown Atlanta on the 17th floor when they looked out one of the windows and spotted appeared to be a cloaked person soaring off the top of a building below them. A third witness came to the window and attempted to take a photo but it did not come out because of the glare. The figure “was moving like an acrobat in midair—it look like it had arms and legs and was holding onto a jetpack, though there was no loud noise and no fumigation…” It eventually disappeared from sight.
