El testigo conducía a casa por una noche muy fría por un camino rural muy rural. Era muy tarde y había nieve en el aire. Se centró en la conducción debido a un gran problema con los ciervos en el área, por lo que el tráfico al costado de la carretera llamó su atención. A la derecha de la carretera hay un matorral de bosque.
El testigo sugirió que el movimiento fue causado por algún animal, por lo que comenzó a presionar el freno. En ese mismo momento, una brillante figura verde Esmeralda salió volando del bosque y se detuvo justo en frente de él, justo en frente del capó del automóvil.
Acababa de ver una figura en forma de torso, verde y emitiendo un brillo extraño, como si fuera su propia fuente de luz. La figura tenía una cabeza, pero sin rasgos faciales, y donde deberían haber estado los brazos y las piernas, parecía que la luz simplemente se apagaba.
En una fracción de segundo, esta figura voló directamente sobre el automóvil sin tocar el automóvil ni la carretera, y no se puede ver en ningún lado del espejo retrovisor. Su primer pensamiento fue, ya que la figura parecía tan humana que golpeó a la persona, pero luego se dio cuenta de que ese no era el caso.
Solo contó esta experiencia a su madre.

Summary: The witness was driving home on a very cold night on a very rural country road. It was very late and there were snow flurries in the air. He was concentrating on driving because of a big problem with deer in the area which is why the movement off the side of the highway caught his eye. To the right of the road is a thicket of woods. The witness assumed the movement was caused by some type of animal so he began to slam on the brakes. At the same moment a glowing, emerald green figure flew out of the woods and stopped directly in front of his line of sight, just in front of the hood of the car. He just saw a torso-like figure, green and emitting a strange glow—-like it was its own light source. The figure did seem to have a head but with no features and where the arms and legs should be, the light just seemed to trail off. After a split second this figure flew directly over the car—never touching the car or the road, and not visible anywhere on the rearview mirror. His first thought was, since the figure seemed so human-like was that he had hit a person but then he realized that was not the case. He only told about the experience to his mother.
