Un testigo vio a un OVNI disparar un rayo de luz en un tanque de agua propiedad de la Junta de agua de la ciudad en Vanderbilt Street, sureste de la ciudad.
Luego, el objeto en forma de huevo salió de la parte posterior del objeto flotante de forma cilíndrica y aterrizó en un área cercada en la base del tanque de agua, una entidad salió de él, saludó a otra que ya estaba en el Suelo y ambos abordaron.
El objeto en forma de huevo, luego a una velocidad muy alta volvió al cilindro.

The witness observed a UFO shooting a beam of light into the water tank owned by the city water board on Vanderbilt Street on the southeast side of town. An egg-like object then came out of the rear of the hovering cylinder-shaped object and landed in the fenced in area at the base of the water tank, an entity came out greeted another that was already on the ground and they both boarded the egg-shaped vehicle which then zipped back to the cylinder at very high speed.
