El testigo viajaba en una zona remota cuando una embarcación metálica cuadrada colgaba sobre su vehículo. El testigo aceleró a 80 mph, pero su auto continuó bajando la velocidad. Se desaceleró a un giro empinado, y el barco todavía estaba sobre él. Despegó de nuevo, pero cuanto más se esforzaba, más lento se movía.
Finalmente se detuvo por completo. Y junto con su perro, salió del auto y corrió a los arbustos para esconderse. Luego vio muchas luces a través de los arbustos a una distancia de aproximadamente 1, 000 yardas (900 m) y alrededor de 50 "figuras"en movimiento. Luego vio algo así como un enorme "capullo" de unos 12 pies (3,6 m) de largo y 12 pies (3,6 m) de alto, este objeto tenía luces. Esta acción le recordó a una Colonia de hormigas que se movía alrededor de la reina.
Aparentemente, las criaturas lo notaron y vio cómo 3 criaturas entraban en el arbusto, eran algo así como humanos, pero con piernas muy largas y brazos muy largos y un torso grande, y una cabeza de Tamaño normal. No vio los ojos, había luz detrás de ellos. El testigo y su perro huyeron de la escena y se escondieron nuevamente. Las criaturas parecían comenzar a buscarlo, pero aparentemente se rindieron.
Desde su lugar, vio otras 2 naves con forma de capullo en una fila, alrededor de las cuales se movían muchas criaturas.

Summary: The witness was driving in a remote area when a square metallic craft hovered over his vehicle. The witness sped up to 80mph but his car kept slowing down. He slowed to a sharp turn and the craft was still over him. He took off again, but the harder he tried the slower he went. He finally came to a complete halt. And along with his dog he exited the vehicle and ran into the bush to hide. Next he saw many lights through the brush at approximately 1000 yards away and about 50 “figures” moving about. Then he saw what appeared to be a huge “cocoon” about 12ft long and 12ft high, there were lights on this object. The activity reminded him of an ant colony moving around the queen. Apparently the creatures noticed him and he saw 3 creatures come into the bush, these were somewhat human-like but had very long legs and very long arms and a large torso, and a normal sized head. He did not see the eyes, there was light behind them. The witness and his dog ran from the area and hid again. The creatures appeared to search for him but apparently gave up. From his location he saw 2 more cocoon-like crafts in a row with numerous creatures moving around them.
