Un testigo, que trabajaba bajo un contrato de seguridad en el área de la capital del Norte, trabajaba a medianoche y estaba sentado en su automóvil cuando vio a una criatura muy alta que medía entre 6,5 y 7,5 pies (entre 1,9 y 2,2 m). La criatura era muy delgada, de aspecto grisáceo. de aspecto oscuro con grandes ojos brillantes y una cabeza más grande de lo normal. Los ojos parecían pequeñas luces. La criatura tenía brazos largos, los cruzó sobre su cuerpo y simplemente se quedó inmóvil en la sombra.
Tenía la impresión de que podía quedarse quieto y nadie lo vería. Permaneció en la sombra y se movió en silencio, aparentemente flotando sobre el Suelo. Estaba a unos 30-40 pies (9-12 m) del testigo. De repente, la criatura se volvió y se disolvió en el aire.

Summary: The witness, employed in a security contract in the northern capital region was working the midnight shift and was sitting in his vehicle when he noticed a very tall being of about 6-5 to 7-5 ft. The being was very thin, grayish to dark in appearance with large glowing eyes and a larger than normal head. The eyes looked as if they were small lights. The being had long arms and folded them up across its body and simply stood still in the shadows. It gave the impression that it could stand still and nobody would see it. It stayed in the shadows and moved quietly apparently floating just above the ground. It was about 30-40 ft away from the witness. Suddenly the being turned and vanished into thin air.
