La testigo regresaba a casa por la antigua autopista Helix cuando su auto se detuvo, la luz y el motor se apagaron. Intentó volver a arrancar el auto, pero no funcionó.
Mientras revisaba debajo del capó con una linterna, notó un gran objeto metálico con luces que se acercaba al automóvil. Se quedó en silencio y comenzó a flotar sobre la carretera.
La escotilla, haciendo un chirrido espeluznante, se abrió a un lado del objeto, y el testigo se encontró en un rayo de luz azul. En el interior, vio una figura baja y en cuclillas, similar a una persona, con una piel gris blanquecina que parecía tener manchas hepáticas.
Él la obligó a quitarse la ropa y acostarse en la "mesa de operaciones". El humanoide luego procedió a examinar sus genitales.
Su siguiente recuerdo fue cuando se despertó a la mañana siguiente completamente vestida y sentada en el auto.

Summary: The witness was returning home on the old Helix Highway when her car stopped, the lights and the engine went dead. She attempted to re-start the vehicle but nothing worked. As she was checking under the hood with a flashlight she noticed a large metallic object with lights approaching the vehicle. It was silent and began to hover over the highway. A hatch that made an eerie squeak opened on the side of the object and the witness was drawn in within a beam of blue light. Inside she saw a short, squat, human like figure, with whitish gray skin that appeared to have liver spots all over it. He made her take off her clothing and lied down on an “operating table.” The humanoid then proceeded to examine her genitalia. Her next memory was of waking up the next morning, fully clothed, and seated in the vehicle.
