El martes pasado por la noche salí de la taberna de Kansas City, donde estaba jugando al Billar en la Pool League. Mi amigo y yo estábamos en el callejón detrás del buffet Quaff, cerca de 10th y Broadway en el centro de la ciudad. Eran alrededor de las 22: 00 hora del centro.
Accidentalmente miré hacia arriba cuando noté lo que primero pensé que era una bandada de gansos volando sobre nosotros en forma de V. Hay nueve en total, un líder y cuatro cierres en cada lado. Pero entonces podrías ver un contorno triangular oscuro. Era un triángulo negro.
Hace unos años, vi una enorme estructura cerca de la base de la fuerza aérea McConnell en Wichita, Kansas. Este era mucho más pequeño o mucho más lejos. Los faros también estaban configurados de manera diferente.
Estaba listo para desaparecer de la vista sobre el edificio cuando se lo dije a mi amigo.
"Mira, es un OVNI", le dije.

Vio que era serio y corrimos unos veinte pasos y miramos hacia arriba. Por supuesto, aquí está. era completamente silencioso y más a la deriva que volando. Se movía con bastante fuerza a lo largo de la guiñada y no iba recto hacia adelante, sino en un ángulo de aproximadamente 45 grados desde su parte delantera.
Pudimos verlo muy claramente por un minuto más.
"Es un truco", dijo mi amigo.
"Mira lo lento que se mueve", le dije. "se mueve tan lentamente que casi se eleva. Y no escuchas nada. Es un triángulo negro".
Como otros ya han señalado, el sigilo no tiene tales características de vuelo. Los he visto varias veces, y debajo de ellos tampoco se quemaron estas luces. No hubo otros informes. Sin embargo, voló directamente sobre el centro de la ciudad.
No puedo confirmar la Altitud, pero parece que era bastante pequeño y volaba entre 700 y 1, 000 pies. ¿Por qué operarían a propósito un avión secreto sobre el centro de KC, donde cualquiera que mire hacia arriba puede verlo? ¿Y todos se iluminan? ¿Y cómo se desplazan silenciosamente en un ángulo como lo hacen?

Last Tuesday night, I was leaving a Kansas City tavern where I was playing pool in a pool league. Myself and a friend were in the alley behind the Quaff Buffet, near 10th and Broadway downtown. It was about 10:00 pm, Central Standard time. I happened to be looking up, when I noticed what I first thought was a flock of geese flying over us in a V formation. Nine altogether, one leading and four trailing each side. But then you could see the dark triangular outline. It was a black triangle. I have seen a huge one in the past near McConnell AFB in Wichita, Kansas a few years back. This one was much smaller, or else a lot farther away. The lights were configured differently too.
It was about ready to drift out of sight over a building, when I mentioned it to my friend. “Look, there’s a UFO”, I said. He glanced up just as they were drifting where a building blocked the view. Then he looked at me and smiled. “Did you see it?”, I asked. “No, man”, he said. “You’re just kidding me, right?”. “C’mon”, I said, grabbing his arm as I ran towards the middle of the alley. He saw I was serious and we ran about twenty steps and looked up. Sure enough, there it was. it was totally silent and was drifting rather than flying. It had quite a yaw going, and was not going straight ahead but drifting in about a 45 degree tangent from its front.
We could see it very clearly for about another full minute. “That’s a stealth”, said my friend. “Look at how slow it’s moving”, I said. “It’s moving so slowly, it’s almost hovering. And you can’t hear a thing. It’s a black triangle.”
As others have already pointed out, the stealths do not have these flight characteristics. I have seen them a number of times, and they did not have these lights lit up underneath them either. There have been no other reports. Yet it flew right over the downtown area. I cannot validate the altitude, but the appearance was that it was fairly small and gliding at around 700 to 1000 feet at most. Why would they purposely fly a secret aircraft over downtown KC where anyone looking up can see it? And all light up? And how do they silently drift obliquely like they do?
I can’t believe how frequent these sightings are becoming.
