Un testigo viajaba en bicicleta por Bergen Avenue en su camino a casa desde el trabajo cuando vio lo que creía que era un meteoro que caía a la velocidad de un rayo. Era como una bola de fuego naranja que de repente se detuvo a 200 pies (60 m) del Suelo. Entonces era un disco volador que volaba por el borde.
Cuando se detuvo, comenzó a girar lentamente hacia arriba con el lado derecho, y luego el testigo notó que estaba gris oscuro en la parte superior.
Luego se volvió lentamente hacia el borde y el testigo vio cinco luces en forma de Pentágono en la parte inferior que cubrían toda la parte inferior. Eran de color Esmeralda y se colocaban uno en el medio y el resto a su alrededor. Nada.
El testigo estaba inmóvil, las lágrimas corrían por su rostro, no sentía miedo, solo amor y admiración. También notó que de repente estaba sosteniendo su bicicleta en Belmont Avenue. A cierta distancia de donde estaba originalmente.
En el momento del incidente, sufrió pérdida de memoria y parálisis y luego un trastorno del sueño. Aparentemente, no se hicieron intentos de recurso hipnótico.

The witness was riding his bicycle on Bergen Avenue on his way home from work when he saw what he thought was a meteor coming straight down at lighting speed. It looked like an orange fireball, which stopped suddenly 200 feet from the ground. It was then a flying disc that was flying down on its edge. When it stopped it slowly began to turn right side up and that’s when the witness noticed that it was dark gray on top. Then it slowly turned on its edge and the witness saw five pentagon shaped lights on the bottom, which covered the whole underside. These were emerald in color and were arranged with one in the middle and the rest around it. There was no sound. The witness stood motionless with tears flowing down his face, he felt no fear only love and admiration. He also noticed that he was suddenly holding his bicycle on Belmont Avenue. A few distance away from where he was originally. He suffered from a memory lapse and paralysis during the event and sleep disorder thereafter. No hypnotic regression has apparently been attempted.
