Marzo 2000 - "Objeto Blanco" sobre Grimsby.
Un comerciante de frutas en Freeman Street en Grimsby pensó que se había vuelto loco cuando notó una presencia alienígena en el cielo sobre la ciudad de Willingham Street.
Dijo que estaba casi avergonzado de admitir que había visto un OVNI, pero dijo que no podía encontrar ninguna explicación racional para lo que veía.
El y su sobrina fueron lavados por su coche cuando un "objeto blanco realmente puro" era claramente visible contra el cielo azul.
Dijo:
"Al principio pensé que era un avión, pero lo que me llamó la atención fue que estaba parado. Se quedó perfectamente quieto.
Fue tan intrigante. Nunca había visto algo así. Se quedó allí durante unos tres minutos, y luego desapareció.

March 2000 - 'White object' over Grimsby
A fruiterer on Grimsby’s Freeman Street thought he had gone bananas when he spotted an alien presence hovering in the sky above the town’s Willingham Street.
He said he was almost embarrassed to admit seeing the UFO – but said he could not find any rational explanation for what he saw.
He and his niece were washing his car when a “really pure, white object” was clearly visible against the blue sky.
He said: “At first I thought it was an aircraft, but what drew my eye was the fact it was motionless. It stayed totally still.
“It was just so intriguing. It was unlike anything I have ever seen before. It stayed there for about three minutes then it faded away.”
