Initial data
Lutskov Nikolay Demyanovich and Lutskov Anatoly Demyanovich write to the Commission on AYA:
On June 14, they were at a dacha in the village of Fedorovskoye near Sofino, Moscow region.
Around 23-30, eyewitnesses went out for a walk and saw a strange cloud above the horizon almost exactly to the east. The cloud was a distorted mushroom shape, slightly elliptical, ashen in color. The Lutskovs looked at the cloud, then went to the grove and returned from the festivities until 24 o'clock at night.
Turning casually to the north, they saw a very bright trail of a zigzag shape of pinkish-red color, which stood out against the sky.
The broken line ended in an elliptical curve, then a straight track and another ellipse.
An object in the form of a headlight, a light truncated projectile, followed by a trail, "broke off" from the second ellipse and flew in an easterly direction. The object itself was dark, visible against the turquoise sky, the trail behind it was glowing. The object moved quickly low over the horizon, then disappeared. The observation lasted for 3 minutes. The glowing trail persisted for a very long time.
Hypotheses
Booster, the rocket and tracks

For UFOs often take stages of rockets, parts of space ships burning in the atmosphere, the launches of various missile technology for military purposes, etc., and traces from them. They attract attention mostly in the dark, but in the day time have a greater aura of mystery.
Formation of the track of the launch vehicle occurs in the tropopause (the layer between the troposphere and stratosphere), which sharply reduced the vertical temperature gradient. The emergence of the so-called "jellyfish" influenced by water vapor, which are subject to enhanced condensation.
