A message from Sergey Petrovich Sheberstov, a mechanic at the Komsomol Plant.
On June 19, 1981, at 23:40, my friend and I were returning home. We see something rising from the ground, above the horizon. A yellow ball and 3 beams radiate from the sides. it rose and flew along the river. It flew for 4-5 minutes, then abruptly went up. There are more rays. It is bright yellow in color, like the Moon, and perhaps larger in size than the moon. It flew away towards the south. It became creepy, unusual somehow. I've never seen anything like this before.
When the object was rising, there was an inversion trail. The object was not round, but as if with a cut-off bottom. The rays came from it.
