The second time I saw this "lamp" was a month later in January, when I was walking from work at 17-30 and to 17-45.
The "lamp" followed the same route, but only from west to east with a cone of light back at about the same speed and at about the same height. The landmark is along the Vorkuta River about 1 km from our house. I saw the lamp for about 15 minutes. I ran to the house with my head up, went up to the 3rd floor, while explaining to my wife why I should look out the window, the object disappeared from view in the window.
I thought about writing to our newspaper Zapolyarye, but I was too lazy. I hoped there were other witnesses besides me. They'll write it, and I'll read it.
They wrote about 2 months later, the end of February is the month of March. something like this: "We did not see the object, but probably the satellite reflected the rays of the sun." But the sun appears in March and not at 17 o'clock. and the altitude for a satellite of 1.5 km is small.
