In 1969, at the beginning of October at 5-30 in the morning, I observed a new UFO. It was like that.

At 5 a.m., I left the house and went to the garage to get my motorcycle. The sky was clear and cloudless, the night was quiet. In the sky, I saw at the zenith a "star" very similar to Venus in brightness.

I was surprised to see Venus above the horizon, but I didn't pay attention. I took a motorcycle and went to a friend's house, because we have to work from 6-00. At 5-30 I was standing near the house, waiting for a friend and admiring the star. What was my surprise when a white cone began to descend from the asterisk. He was sinking before my eyes. By its size, it could be roughly determined that the asterisk was hanging at a height of about 10 km, and the cone had dropped 5 km. It seems that someone is letting white gas into a glass flask in portions. A distinct base was visible from below. I looked and couldn't understand it was a white light, then why does it have a base? And I clearly saw how the asterisk seemed to inflate this hull with gas, which was huge in the dark sky, the stars could not be seen through it.

After the hull descended and froze because the gas clots did not move. the asterisk began to move, and the body began to fall so that the lower end was in place, and the upper one was rising. movement from right to left.

When the cone fell, it stretched out. after that, the asterisk was detached from the cone. Two red whiskers appeared in front, and two green ones from behind the cone, and the faster the asterisk moved, the sharper the whiskers became. Until they merged into one whole. The red mustache looked like two acetylene burners. it was as if she was punching the air and it was burning, but her movement was quiet, slow, but increasing. There was a star at a constant height to the north.

And the cone was slowly disappearing and the sky was clear at 6-00. It was all over the city of Monchegorsk.
