On the night of May 14-15, 1981 at 1 hour. 56 minutes (detected by electronic clock) approximately to the east (northeast) we noticed a small glowing ball, similar to a spotlight-a dot slightly larger than the brightest stars. A fading beam about 90° wide radiated from the point.
The color of the ball and beam was white-luminescent. Gradually, the power of the light stream increased (within 7-12 min.)
The light was monotonous, not sparkling, the beam was wide, brighter at the base than at the end (the top where the object was). There was a strange cloud of pure white light at the base of the beam. The edges of the beam are absolutely clear. The distance from the ball is 4-3 km, the height is 40-50 ° - Ivanov.
