From the apartment window Stefan F. watching the flight of a "fireball" the size of 1/3 - 1/4 of the lunar disk, which was approaching from the airport. The object is hiding behind the edge of the building.
The witness continues to observe from another point of the apartment. At the final stage of observation, when the object is heading towards the center of Wroclaw, a short "fiery braid" is visible behind it (similar to "short disheveled hair," the witness writes). An object in the final phase lasting 2-3 minutes resembles a star and suddenly goes out.
Stefan F. able to see yellow-red spots on the surface of the object.

Stefan F. obserwuje z okna mieszkania przelot „kuli ognia” o wielkości 1/3 – 1/4 tarczy księżyca, która zbliżała się od strony lotniska. Obiekt chowa się za krawędź budynku. Świadek kontynuuje obserwację z innego punktu mieszkania. W końcowej fazie obserwacji, kiedy obiekt kieruje się w stronę centrum Wrocławia, widać za nim krótki „warkocz z ognia” (wyglądające jak „krótkie, rozczochrane włosy” – pisze świadek). Obiekt w końcowej fazie trwającej 2-3 min. obserwacji przypomina gwiazdę i nagle gaśnie. Na powierzchni obiektu Stefan F. jest w stanie dostrzec żołto-czerwone plamy.
