My wife and I were lying on our backs on the roof of a condo building, watching the stars and satellites. We both saw this ruler-shaped object, a foot (0.3 m) long, heading straight north along the coast. It seemed semi-transparent, that is, a little blurry, although the edges were sharp.
There were 4 glowing spots (not blinking), located evenly on the bottom. I'm talking about glowing spots, not light, because they look like glow-in-the-dark fluorescent spots. The object was either very high and extremely fast, or low and at a reasonable speed, but completely silent.
It completely and suddenly disappeared after about 15 seconds.
We couldn't sleep that night ;-) I emailed a reconstruction of the object in PhotoShop. Duration: 15 seconds

I say glowing spots, rather than lights, because they appeared similar to glow-in-the-dark luminescent spots.
