Ron Heights, who was riding a motorcycle from Sydney to Melbourne, was blinded by this bright light that he had to stop. Then he saw 100 feet (30 m) metallic object with a diameter of 25-30 ft (7.6-9.1 m), shaped like two saucers put together but separated by a strip of metal to a depth of 9-12 inches (22-34 cm).
