Quite a remarkable phenomenon was observed this winter in the early morning from the 9th floor of a resident of the microdistrict Serebryanka in Minsk. Somewhere above the houses was pulsing bright violet-blue light like from welding, and along the streets at the level of 3-4 floors "going" in the yard, rapidly rushed the green balls.

Serebryanka, 9th floor, New year's eve (1990), was listening to a programme about 12 nights. Suddenly, the person slashed a beam of light 3-4 times, looked out the window and saw a moving rectangle over the lake between the "Chizhovka" and "Silverfish".
Top down elongated rectangle stood almost on the spot, but somehow it jumped left, then right, the color of it was bright like stars. Suddenly, he fell below, he turned abruptly to the side (was horizontally) and he separated the red ball. Then, from the bottom of the rectangle escaped the purple-blue beam directed obliquely down to the water and the shore.
The beam went out, then flared up again in the direction of "Chizhovka", then slashed at "Serebryanka". Of the rectangle separated the green ball, the rectangle turned vertically, slowly swam right up and seemed to dissolve. ...
After the New year at 4-30 in the morning the room was flooded with a violet-blue light, as from electric, shuddering, blinking somewhere at the top. Went to the window, the light comes from above, another from below.
Saw that on the streets at the height of 3-4 storeys move the green balls, not one, but several, and they come into the yards, then move down the street. I looked in the direction of "Chizhovka", there are also balls. Went to the kitchen to look in the opposite direction – the same balls moving around the house. Worn balls almost until dawn.
The night was quiet, warm and starry, without the wind and rain. If not for flash light and if the balls were flying at the level of the lights, they could not see, but the balls were rolled into the yards, where there's no lighting and they went above the lights.
