Carré Obregón caminaba por su vecindario cuando aún estaba oscuro (vive en un suburbio rodeado por al menos tres lados por extensos bosques).
Accidentalmente vio algo con el rabillo de su ojo mientras caminaba, y cuando miró en esa dirección, vio lo que inicialmente la impresionó: una persona muy pequeña y completamente blanca en cuclillas en el Suelo en un callejón a unos 25 pies (7,5 m) de distancia.
Todavía estaba oscuro, llovía moderadamente, por lo que no podía ver la criatura en detalle. Sin embargo, ella pudo describirlo de aproximadamente 2.5 pies (0.7 m) de altura si estuviera de pie, y completamente blanco en todo su cuerpo, ya sea cubierto con un pelaje muy liso o simplemente con una piel muy blanca. Estaba en cuclillas y parecía tener pequeñas manos ágiles, como una persona muy pequeña.
No podía ver claramente su cabeza o cara, pero podía distinguir entre el cabello que sobresalía alrededor de su cabeza o algún tipo de espina. Ella se fue apresuradamente de este lugar.

Summary: Carre Obregon was walking through her neighborhood when it was still dark (she lives in a suburban neighborhood surrounded in on at least 3 sides by extensive wooded areas). She happened to see something out of the corner of her eye as she walked along and when she looked in that direction she saw what initially impressed her to be a very small, stark white person squatting on the ground in the alley about 25 ft away. It was still somewhat dark with moderate rain falling, so she was not able to get a detailed look at the creature. She was however able to describe it as about 2½ ft tall if it had been standing, and entirely white all over its body, either covered in very sleek fur or just very white skin. It was seated on its haunches and appeared to have tiny, dexterous hands like a very small person might. She was not able to see its head or face clearly but was able to make out either hair sticking out around its head or some sort of spines. She hurriedly walked away from the area.
