Datos iniciales
Como dije, todos estábamos sentados en la mesa, comimos tarde porque mi esposo se metió en el tráfico y nos sentamos allí por unos minutos para calmarnos. De todos modos, simplemente sentados allí, miramos por la ventana y al principio solo vimos la luz de los Ovnis arrojados sobre los árboles.
Un árbol tal vez de 75 a 100 pies (22,5 a 30 m) de altura crecía en nuestros bosques, y un OVNI no podía ser más alto que un árbol de más de 50 pies (15 m). Se extendía más allá de la cresta de nuestro techo, volando bajo sobre los árboles, y todos gritamos:
"¡Toma una cámara, toma una cámara!»
Por supuesto, esa misma semana en el cumpleaños de mi hija, nos quedamos sin película y aún no nos detuvimos para tomarla, por lo que no había fotos.
El OVNI parecía casi un círculo, lo que implicaba que era un triángulo redondeado. Era un poco más agudo que el círculo y brillaba en púrpura, rojo y blanco. Las luces rojas y púrpuras parecían casi constituir el barco, mientras que las luces blancas eran una especie de focos, excepto por el hecho de que no había rayos de luz precisos, como si el barco estuviera hecho de luz o algo así.
Fue realmente extraño porque parecía que estaba buscando algo en el bosque; al menos para mí. También creo que es porque parecía detenerse y simplemente flotaba sobre un gran árbol en nuestro bosque durante unos segundos y luego continuó lentamente.
Voló sobre los bosques de nuestros vecinos, y luego todas las luces se apagaron justo antes de desaparecer detrás de una cresta de árboles en el este. Todos estábamos muy emocionados y asustados.

As I said earlier, we were all sitting around the table – we had eaten late because my husband was caught in traffic, and we just sat there for a few minutes to wind down. Anyway, just sitting there, we looked out the window and at first, we just saw the light from the UFO cast out over the trees. Our woods had a tree that was maybe 75-100 ft. tall, and the UFO couldn’t have been more than 50 ft. above the tree. It came out over the ridge in our roof, flying low over the trees, and we were all screaming, “get the camera, get the camera!” Of course, that exact week at my daughter’s birthday party we had run out of film and had not stopped to get more yet, so there were no pictures.
The UFO looked almost like a circle, with the implication that it was a rounded triangle. It was a little more pointy than a circle, and it was flashing purple and red and white. The red and purple lights seemed to almost make up the ship, while the white lights were kind of like searchlights, except for the fact that there were no exact beams of light – like the ship was made of the light or something. It was really weird because it looked like it was looking for something in the woods; at least to me. I also think this because of the fact that it seemed to stop and just hover over the big tree in our woods, for a few seconds, and then it continued slowly on. It went over our neighbors’ woods, and then all the lights turned off just before it disappeared over a ridge of trees to the east. We were all very excited and scared, but it was exhilarating None of my friends or family believe me, so this is really the first time I’ve gotten to give this story to the public.
