Summary: The witness was standing in her kitchen looking down into the nearby valley when a dull gray metallic cigar-shaped craft suddenly flew by. The object had several windows. At one of the windows a figure apparently wearing a “bowler” hat was looking out. The craft was totally silent as it flew away.
