El hombre, que regresaba a casa una noche, se acercaba al parque de casas móviles donde vivía cuando vio a tres "pequeños" parados en medio de la calle, vestidos con túnicas blancas con capuchas. Las capuchas cubrían sus caras y cabezas. No se alejaron del auto, por lo que el testigo se detuvo por completo.
Las figuras tenían unos cuatro pies (1,2 m) de altura y estaban de pie una al lado de la otra. Parece que están "bailando" de lado a lado. Luego se dirigieron al lado del pasajero del automóvil y se acercaron al estacionamiento de la iglesia cerca.
Luego el testigo condujo, dejando atrás las figuras.

Summary: A man returning home one night was nearing the mobile home park where he lived when he saw standing in the middle of the street three “little people” dressed in white robes with hoods. The hoods concealed their faces and heads. They did not move out of the way of the car, so the witness came to a complete stop. The figures were about 4-feet tall and stood side by side. They seem to be “dancing” in a side-to-side motion. They then moved towards the passenger side of the vehicle and on to a church parking lot nearby. The witness then drove on leaving the figures behind.
