Una joven secretaria que trabajaba en el edificio Caribbean Towers de repente escuchó un extraño sonido como si alguien estuviera sintonizando una Radio de transistor que venía de una habitación contigua.
Ella fue a investigar y se encontró con dos hombres pequeños de aproximadamente 3 pies (0,9 m) de altura, que estaban de pie en una habitación estudiando un mapa de la isla de puerto rico colgado en la pared.
El testigo gritó, las criaturas corrieron hacia el otro extremo de la habitación y salieron por la ventana, el segundo testigo vio a las criaturas salir por la ventana.
Las criaturas han sido descritas como tener brazos largos y piernas cortas. Sus cabezas eran grandes y planas en su espalda. También se podían ver dos orejas grandes y dos antenas pequeñas que parecían protuberancias. Vestían atuendos verdes brillantes y transparentes, y su piel parecía escamosa.

A young secretary working at the Caribbean Towers building suddenly heard a strange sound like someone tuning a transistor radio, coming from the adjacent room. She went to investigate and was confronted by two small men about 3-foot tall that were standing in the room studying a map of the island of Puerto Rico that was hanging on the wall. The witness screamed and the beings ran to the rear of the room and climbed out the window, a second witness saw the beings as they climbed out of the window. The beings were described as having long arms and short legs; their heads were large and flat in the back. Two large ears and two small antennae like protrusions could also be seen. They wore shiny transparent green outfits and their skin appeared scaly. One of the witnesses noticed some type of symbol or design on their chest area resembling the numbers 666.
